FAR POINT's SmartGift
product family is a cost-effective solution to the
typical problems faced by retailers when issuing,
tracking and redeeming traditional paper based gift
certificates. An innovative smart card with embedded
integrated circuit replaces the usual paper certificate.
A variety of reader devices can be used to both issue the
SmartGift card
and to deduct value from it, making integration into a
retailer's existing operations straightforward.

is extremely resistant to counterfeiting
- Certificates can be issued in any
denomination on demand, either from head
office or at individual store locations
